- Maggie LYou have to try this place! Both sweet and savory waffles on the menu; truly something for everyone (vegan options, too!). The waffles are different than the "Belgian waffles" you've had at restaurants in the past; these are real liège waffles with a little sweet crunch on the outside. Food comes quick and there is ample seating. Try it if you haven't been yet!
SarahThe waffles here are so crazy good! We tried a California and a waffle sandwich (both gluten free) and we were super impressed! Kind of a small, hole-in-the-wall place but definitely check it out if you're a waffle lover!
DabcrateI can't say enough good things about Blue Shades. I've been here multiple times in Worcester and each visit has been extraordinary. Their food selection has excellent toast and waffle options. Savory waffles, avocado toast, mochi, and more. Definitely more snacks and small bites, perfect compliments to their drinks. The coffee and drink offerings are where blue shades really stands out. Expertly crafted drinks. PERFECT espresso every time. They use a lot of local ingredients and have their own products. Excellent place to stop in for a coffee or tea.
